Malaysia

This year, on the morning of October 1st, while everyone was celebrating the National Day holiday, the team of HGTECH Project A quickly assembled and rushed to the production line site of Project A in Malaysia.

The HGTECH module business operation center is responsible for the whole production including the follow-up of the Malaysia site, and currently there are 10 key members stationed in Malaysia, thet has been stayed in there for more than half a year. The Malaysian manufacturing base already has the ability to ship 10G/25G products in bulk and send them to many world class equipment manufacturers.

Xu Ran, a member of HGTECH international business center after-sales team, serving Malaysian customers for six months to complete the installation and commissioning of new equipment. In particular, the fully automated laser depaneling workstation, the site staff worked overtime during the day and met with the Chinese project team at night to discuss problems and provide solutions.

Thailand

In February 2020, it was the most serious period of the epidemic, and Zhou Zhiqiang, the commissioning engineer of HGTECH, resolutely went to the customer site in Thailand.

In March, the epidemic started to spread in Thailand, local supermarkets were snapped up, living supplies were in short supply, and on March 26, the Thai government launched the State of Emergency Act and closed the country.

But on the same day, Zhou Zhiqiang, who planned to stay for only one month, extended his visa for another two months. "As long as the customer is still there, I will persist to the end". Zhou held on to the project site in Thailand for 138 days. It has been 448 days since he left home.

Xu Hui from HGTECH's International Business Centre after-sales team has been based in Thailand for 2 years. As a result of his long-term presence abroad, Xu Hui has to overcome his homesickness for his family and hometown, and continuously learning the latest equipment knowledge of the company in order to adapt to the on-site needs of the equipment for each project.

Vietnam

Li Shili from HGTECH's International Business Centre is responsible for after-sales technical support in Vietnam. His first trip to Vietnam was in June 2020, and his six-month overseas experience has helped him to gain recognition for his business skills.

In April 2021, he went back to Vietnam to work on the customer's project site. The epidemic was so severe that in June the northern part of Vietnam was closed to the public and shops and restaurants were closed. He survived this period with a stockpile of rice and potatoes. He returned to work as soon as the epidemic subsided, working an average of over 12 hours a day and using his weekends and National Day holidays to provide the most professional and efficient after-sales support to customers.

India

The HGTECH India project after-sales team, Zeng Zihao, Guo Wenliang, Tong Bingbing and Zhao Zibo, were assigned to the project at the most serious moment of the pandemic outbreak in India and have been on site for more than 150 days so far. They went to the new factory in India, a major customer of the company, and did everything possible to ensure that the installation of the multi-million dollar project went smoothly.

They actively trained more than 20 local staff in India and worked with 120% spirit to overcome the difficulties of short lead time and difficult production lines to ensure delivery and improve service capability, so as to lay a solid foundation for more subsequent orders.
