Robot Sorting Workstation adopt 2D+3D multi-modal vision and deep learning AI algorithms, the equipment realizes automatic identification, classification and transfer of tens of thousands of irregular workpieces.

With up to 100m long X-axis stroke and optional 2-ton heavy load capacity, the workstation features ≤1mm positioning accuracy and over 99% recognition rate for thin plates, profiles and chemical containers. Modular design supports fast integration with laser cutting, welding and MES/digital twin systems, delivering fully unmanned flexible sorting for metal, new energy and chemical production lines.
